Returns are accepted for a full refund (minus freight costs) within 30 days of delivery. Return freight to be paid for by the customer. Goods must be in as purchased condition, unopened in original condition, and undamaged. Please contact us for return authority.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver our e-bikes and accessories to all states and territories in Australia using primarily TNT Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of your purchase from time of shipping. We ship bikes within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

Terms & Conditions

We despatch to you when full payment of the purchase price, including relevant delivery fees, have been received.

Delivery is via TNT or in some cases courier companies. Local store pick up from Dandenong South is available for free.
